I work with teens, adults, and families navigating Autism, ADHD/ADD, trauma, anxiety, sensory differences, executive-functioning challenges, and the stress of trying to function in a world that doesn’t always fit. As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I bring lived understanding, humor, creativity, and decades of experience to our work together. My goal is to help you feel understood, develop practical tools, and create a life that works with your brain rather than constantly fighting against it. My specialties include EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, Polyvagal Theory, Collaborative Problem Solving, sensory-based strategies, and creative approaches. I also have extensive experience navigating IEPs and 504 Plans, Regional Centers, special education, and community resources—helping clients and families understand complicated systems, advocate effectively, and move forward.
